1. Objective

To move from diagnosis to action. Participants will select three challenges from the MEDPORTS Gender Equality Survey in advance and, during the event, work in groups to turn them into concrete, actionable proposals.

  • 3 groups of 6–7 people, one per challenge.

  • Each group develops 1 main proposal and 2 concrete actions.

This is not a competition: the aim is to build shared, measurable solutions.

How each group will work

Exchange between groups: 15 minutes for each team to share its main finding with another group and receive an outside perspective. This is not an additional phase; it simply helps prevent the groups from working in isolation

What the Equality Action Poster will look like

One poster per group. It should be easy to understand at a glance and later serve as a direct input to the roadmap and the future White Paper
