The Gender Equality Committee of MEDPorts was created to promote equal opportunities, diversity, and inclusion across Mediterranean port authorities and the wider maritime sector.

Its mission is to ensure that women are better represented, supported, empowered and included at all levels, from operational roles to leadership and decision-making positions.
