In just 5 days, registration will close for the MEDPorts Equality Challenge Lab, taking place on 25 November 2026 in Malta.
Organised by the MEDPorts, with the support of Fundación Valenciaport and Malta Freeport Corporation, this Challenge Lab has been created for you to help shape what comes next for gender equality in our sector. It's an opportunity to come together, share perspectives, identify priorities, and define concrete actions that we can take forward together within our association to drive meaningful and lasting change.
Under the theme “From Gaps to Actions,” the Challenge Lab is designed to go beyond discussions, we believe that meaningful change starts when the right people come together. Your voice and experience can help shape that change.
